Welcome to the first Bulletin for the 1st Africa Rover Moot event.
Over 2500 Rover Scouts and ISTs from all over the world will gather in Nairobi, Kenya for the 1st Africa Rover Moot from the 15th to 25th of April 2023. This is a World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) event, in line with resolution 17 of the 17th Africa Scout Conference on promoting growth, development and visibility of Rover Scouting in Africa.
