Corporate Communications

The Corporate Communications Department is the voice of our scouting community. We work to keep scouts, parents, volunteers, and the public informed, inspired, and connected through effective communication strategies and engaging content.

The Kenya Scouts Association communications focuses on promoting the Scouting brand as a national movement and also aim to develop strategic partnerships.

The Corporate Communications department is responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing communication strategies, public relations programs, and branding guidelines to enhance the Association’s visibility and reputation.
  2. Managing reputation risks and ensuring positive media relations.
  3. Overseeing corporate communications, including social media, stakeholder engagement, and the production of informational materials.
  4. Coordinating corporate events, publicity activities, and advising management on internal and external communication strategies.
  5. Designing and executing the Association’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy.
  6. Corporate Communications ensures consistent and effective communication to maintain the Association’s public image and stakeholder relations.
