Scouts across the country continue to demonstrate their commitment to environmental conservation through Community Service and Hands-on Action.
In Nyeri County Scouts gathered to plant fruit trees at Othaya Level IV Hospital, distributed hundreds more to community members with an aim of promoting tree growing, biodiversity, and a greener, healthier future, cleaned public spaces and sensitized community members on the importance of proper waste management and environmental protection.
Through these efforts, Scouts in the country reaffirmed their commitment to conserving nature, protecting our environment, and inspiring communities to embrace sustainable practices.

For the Kenya Scouts Association, environmental conservation is an integral part of the Scout Movement’s commitment to service and community development. Through tree growing, environmental clean-ups, waste management, conservation education and community mobilisation, Scouts are encouraged to translate environmental awareness into practical action that delivers lasting benefits.
