Safe from Harm Team

Functions:
Developing and implementing Safe from Harm policies:
The team is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive Safe from Harm policies and procedures.
Providing training:
They offer training for staff, volunteers, and leaders on how to identify and address potential risks and how to protect children and young people.
Managing incidents:
The team is responsible for managing any incidents of abuse or harm, including reporting, investigating, and providing support to those affected.
Raising awareness:
They raise awareness about Safe from Harm issues, promoting a culture of respect and responsibility among all members.
Supporting individuals:
They provide support to individuals who have experienced harm or abuse, ensuring they feel safe and have access to the resources they need.
Team Structure:
