Position Title: Warehouse Officer

Location: The Kenya Scouts Association HQ, Nairobi
Reporting To: Procurement Manager

The Kenya Scouts Association is an educational Movement for young people, which provides non-formal education that complements the core-curriculum offered in our educational institutions. Founded in 1910 and registered under an Act of Parliament Cap 219, KSA is a dynamic, inclusive, and impactful organization that nurtures young people into responsible, disciplined, and service-oriented citizens.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily stores operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods.
2. Ensure accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory audits.
3. Supervise and lead stores staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and compliance with policies.
4. Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
5. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
6. Liaise with procurement, and Scouts Shops to align supply chain activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse management or a related role.
3. Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
